Keith Patterson Awarded Florida State’s 2020 Exemplary Service in Administration

The College of Fine Arts at Florida State University is proud to announce that Keith Patterson has been named the recipient for the 2020 Exemplary Service in Administration Award for his outstanding work in administrative services. Patterson is highly valued for his efforts as an Academic Program Specialist in the Department of Art. He is also recognized as being an instrumental figure in assisting recently appointed department chairs transition into their new roles.  Nominated by faculty, staff, and students, the College of Fine Arts is proud to commemorate Keith Patterson for this honorable achievement.

“Keith always has great disposition and seems to genuinely want to help anyone who asks for his assistance” states Lillian Garcia, Chair of the Department of Art. “The Art Department is proud to have Keith Patterson as part of our department core staff—he helps make the office a welcoming place to all.”

As a recipient of this award, Patterson has showcased exceptional administrative and professional support for departments, programs and divisions, along with other organizational units. By demonstrating remarkable efforts while working closely with business operations, administration, human resources, management and clerical support, the College of Fine Arts is proud to celebrate Keith Patterson on this honorable accomplishment.

“I’m honored to be recognized with this prestigious award. It is rewarding, as well, to be surrounded by many talented people and to have the opportunity to see the results of our collective work on behalf of our students,” said Patterson.
