Internship Opportunities at Master Craftsman Studio for Fall 2020

Master Craftsman Studios are looking for candidates with a genuine desire to learn new skills and processes, and the ability to work in a team environment. If you have an interest in the entrepreneurial side of art making and in public art commissions or architectural art, then this is your opportunity!

We are developing a distance learning internship program for those students who are not on campus and staff will be following university guidelines for social distancing, including any students that are physically present in the studio.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Contact Maggie Jones at mjones15@fsu.edu if you are interested or if you have questions about the internship.
  2. If she approves, then contact Prof. Stephanie James at sljames@fsu.edu to let her know you’re interested in MCS and you’ve talked with Maggie.
  3. Prof. Stephanie James or June Dollar will get the internship forms to you.
  4. You and the internship supervisor must fill out all the forms and return them to Prof. James.
  5. Send signed forms to me and I will enroll you in ART 4943.  This is a studio art credit.
