At the Palazzo Borghese, ArtExpertise, a prominent Florence art gallery is curating an art exhibition and is showing 3 paintings and one animation from FSU Art’s Alum Helene Mukhtar’s series The City is Burning.

Beyond the beautiful colors and engaging visuals and animation, this work reflects on serious contemporary issues.
40,000 visitors are expected for this event. They will journey through art galleries, libraries, historic houses and museums where they will find contemporary art and design merging with historic Florence.
 This even will run from May 27– 31, 2015 at Palazzo Borghese,Via Ghibellina, 110; Florence, 50122.

 

Art and design will rule the city during the Florence Design Week, May 27th to May 31st.
