FSU Art MFA ’15 Haley Lauw has been invited to attend the Wassaic Artist Residency this July to create new bodies of print and sculptural works. The Wassaic Artist Residency is located two hours north of New York City and provides romantic, historic buildings amidst a serene, farmland landscape. Wassaic is highly competitive, has been featured in the New York Times, and promotes interdisciplinary, contemporary arts through community engagement. During her July residency at Wassaic, Haley will meet artists from all over the country and participate in studio visits with curators and collectors from New York and beyond. |
Haley has also launched an Indiegogo campaign in order to help offset costs associated with travel and shipment of tools and materials! If you would like to support Haley, please visit her fundraising page: https://igg.me/at/haleylauwwassaic
