2019 ArtLab Program at Mountain Lake Biological Station
Now Accepting Applications for Artists-in-ResidenceJoin other professional artists for a 2-week residency at Mountain Lake Biological Station on a mountaintop in the southern Appalachians of Virginia.Seven nationally and globally recruited artists, and six art students from the University of Virginia, join a vibrant and supportive community of biologists, students, and families in a joint quest to explore the natural world. Residents are provided free shared studio space and free housing. They pay only dining fees.
