New oil paintings by FSU MFA ’12 Amanda Boekhout will be hanging at Sage Restaurant from March 27-May 27, 2018. The show, titled “Act Like a Plant” is inspired by the cycle of life exhibited in plants. The plant “dies” in the winter and is “reborn” in the spring with luscious blooms that quickly fade. Yet even when the most beautiful part of the plant withers away, the strength and longevity of the plant remains and continues to grow. There is much to learn from plants! Come meet and mingle on a very informal reception in the bar area on Friday April 13th from 6-9pm. Otherwise, head over for brunch or make a reservation for dinner and enjoy the views!
