FSU Art MFA ’15 and member of MANDEM, Maize Arendsee, at Modern Eden Gallery and Arch Enemy Arts

Maize Arendsee will be featured in galleries in San Francisco and Philadelphia and currently showing works for the LaGrange Biennial.

MANDEM’s painting ”The Usury of God (Translating Theotokos)” is being featured at Modern Eden Gallery in San Francisco, CA for their exhibit ”The Grotesque,” opening Saturday, March 8 and running through March 22, 2014.

Modern Eden is located in San Francisco’s historic North Beach neighborhood. Opened in June 2010, their Contemporary aesthetic ranges from Realism to Surrealism with a strong focus on illustrative work. Another MANDEM work, ”Marooned,” is showing at Arch Enemy Arts Gallery in Philadelphia, PA for their exhibit, ”Through Dangers Untold,” opening February 21 and running through March 30, 2014. From January 21 – April 18, 2014, MANDEM’s ”Medusa, In Her Sunday Best” will additionally be at the LaGrange Art Museum in Georgia for the LaGrange National XXVIII Biennial.
