Online Event – Harness Your Creative Growth & Mindset
On February 12, 2021 at 6 am, the Visual Arts Association invites both UK and international artists to join artist, therapist and mentor of the Creative Minds Consultancy, Frances Ackland-Snow, for a discussion about how to get the most from your artistic practice whilst maintaining a positive mindset.
This session will include:
Guided visualization – taking you through your senses to find your safe place and flow
How to gain confidence as an artist – exploring the artists’ gift and curse
Subjectivity and conquering negative thoughts / art journaling
Finding your authentic voice
Learning to “Let Go” and release your inner child
Growth mindset and discovering your strengths
How we as artists can share, collaborate & support one another – we are stronger together
£15 entry fee (refund available to those who become a student member of the Visual Arts Association, £20/year)
