Graphic Commitment to the Natural Environment is coming to Tallahassee’s Straus Gallery

A new exhibition will be coming to the Phyllis Straus Gallery entitled “Graphic Commitment to the Natural Environment: Let the Printing Begin”. This show will open  on October 1st, 2021 and will feature a collaboration between several artists. This exhibition is curated by Ana Tomás and features 50×50 cm prints generated in intaglio engraving. The purpose of the exhibition is to raise awareness about the footprint left by human beings and explore the impact of humans on the health of our planet . This work carries out an invitation to reflect on our environment, its genesis and growth, and promote biodiversity through the image. This exhibit’s themes include the care and protection of our habitat, our vital ecosystems, green, respectful and sustainable growth against climate change.
