FSU Faculty Katie Kehoe, exhibits in Educators as Artists Exhibition at the Albany Museum of Art.

February 1, 2024 – April 20, 2024Educators as Artists in the McCormack Gallery includes 16 works by 11 artists who teach at seven colleges and universities in South Georgia and North Florida.This is the 5th juried exhibition, an invitational that is shown biennially at the Albany Museum of Art. The jurors for this year’s exhibition were Chris Johnson, a printmaker and muralist, and the former director of fine arts at Andrew College, and Samantha Fields, Ed.D., lead art teacher for the Dougherty County School System.Faculty members at Albany State University, Albany Technical College, Columbus State University, Georgia Southwestern State University, Valdosta State University, Florida State University, Florida A&M University, Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Andrew College, Thomas University, and Tallahassee Community College were invited to enter.Selected for this year’s exhibition were:– LeVetta N.
