FSU Art BA 22’ Laura Pellini Receives the Berlyn Arnett BA Award

FSU Art BA 22’ Laura Pellini is a Venezuelan-born conceptual artist who was raised in Panama and educated in a British school.

Laura states,

My exposure to different cultures has taught me to have a flexible mind and appreciate every aspect of the multicultural world we live in, which has been the foundation for much of my work. My curiosity has driven me to use my art to study people, the environment, and my fragmented self through various media, especially painting, drawing, photography, and digital media. The more media I explore, the more I fall in love with the endless opportunities within my practice. Within the chaos, artmaking brings stability, and that’s the main reason why I’m constantly creating.
