Call to Artists: Limestone University Gallery

The Limestone University Gallery invites artists to submit to the Fall 2023 Juried Exhibit. This year’s
theme, Makers & Mentors, celebrates those artists who are educators, artists that reflect upon their previous
and current mentors or visual inspirations in their work, and collaborations between art students and
teachers. Artists from the high school level to professional status are welcome to apply, and all media types
are accepted. Artists may submit up to 5 works of art. Awards will be given at our reception, date TBD. This
exhibit will be on display from November 20, 2023, to January 18, 2024. Please submit the following items to
the Gallery Director, Emily Tuttle, no later than October 2, 2023 at etuttle@limestone.edu :

Images in jpeg format, 300dpi preferred
-An artist statement for your individual or collective works that reflects upon the theme of the exhibit
-Valuations of your submitted works
-List of any installation needs
-A full label for your submitted works including title, artist preferred name, medium, and a school or
professional affiliation if so desired
