from FSU Art BA ’20 Tiffany Fried:
I was the graphic design intern for All Saints Cinema. My responsibilities were to design and create flyers for the movies the cinema was going to show, and to also send out promotional packets to the rest of the team with photo stills from the movie and several versions of the flyer. Through this internship I improved my skills in Adobe Illustrator and practiced developing design concepts. I had to work within creative constraints which can be frustrating at times, but that’s life! I became a lot more organized throughout this experience because it is quite fast-paced.
I would recommend this internship to other students because it gave me very good idea of what an entry level graphic design job would be like. I got to use Illustrator and Photoshop a lot, and I practiced time management along the way. Everyone who works at All Saints Cinema is very friendly which was also a plus!
