Application deadlines are approaching for two of Penland’s 2016 residency programs:

Winter Residency

Applications due October 1, 2015

The winter residency is an opportunity for a small community of artists to work independently for a short term in our studios during Penland’s quiet season. Our goal is to provide professional opportunities for individual or collaborating artists and encourage experimentation and inquiry in all media.

Core Fellowship Program

The Penland Core Fellowship Program is a two-year work-study fellowship that offers emerging artists the opportunity to explore artistic interests and career possibilities in a supportive artistic community.
