Open House for FSU Art Professor Paul Rutkovsky's Art Alleys

FSU’s Department of  Urban and Regional Planning and the City of Tallahassee are holding an open house to get feedback about the Art Alleys April 8th.  Art Alleys is a project overseen by FSU Art Professor Paul Rutkovsky and the Alley Sprouts, volunteers and students in the Art course, Get Green.
