Online Art Café Talk: Selling Art During Uncertainty
The Visual Artists Association, a professional body for artists, is inviting all UK and International Artists to join them October 1, 2020, at 2pm, for Episode 5 of their Art Café series. The featured speaker for this get-together is Karen Van Hoey-Smith, Artist Manager, Fine Art Auctioneer and Consultant Expert—as seen on BBC’s Bargain Hunt. The focus of the conversation will be Van Hoey-Smith talking us through her journey vis-à-vis how Artists should be selling their art, how to approach Galleries and the benefits of having an Artist Manager/Agent. In addition to this, Shirley-Ann O’Neill, arts marketing expert, will be introducing VAA’s Artist Marketing Clinic, with this month’s topic being “Hashtag Strategies.”
This online seminar will be a chance for VAA to connect with you, find out how you are getting on, and learn what your needs are with all that’s going on in the world today.
