The text-based and sculptural installation, “True Exposure” by Julietta Cheung, Assistant Professor of Art, appears in this month’s issue of Tripwire, a Journal of poetics. The Oakland, CA journal “is devoted to a counter-institutional exploration of radical and experimental modes of contemporary poetics, art, and cultural politics.” Cheung’s 2013 visual art project featured in the current issue examines the popular definition of the buzz term, “innovation,” and relates to contemporary interests in poetics that explore post-internet culture, data glut, corporate practices in human resources and immaterial labor. |
