Scott Bell won the Mayor's Purchase PrizeAt Coca’s “Creative Tallahassee” juried exhibition, the Mayor Andrew Gillum purchased Daily Blends 1, a painting by FSU Art MFA ’16 Scott Bell. This work will now be part of the city of Tallahassee’s permanent art collection.
