-Locating potential artwork for exhibition that fits the theme, and fills the requirements made by the FHPCA
Logistics:
-Managing incoming and outgoing artwork to and from the gallery exhibition space. This includes managing any shipments or coordinating local deliveries
-Coordinating proper paperwork such as consignment and loan agreements from artists and collectors
-Creating artwork descriptions and labels for all artwork
-Liaising with FHPCA members and Hotel contacts for installation set up
-Ordering supplies, handling vendor relationships and managing any payment transactions
Requirements:
-Interest in Fine Arts and knowledge of art handling practices (shipping experience is a plus)
-Be able to work independently, but also be able to collaborate with the FHPCA members
-Be personable and professional while handling all duties, such as phone and email reception
-Must have good computer skills (Photoshop experience is a plus)
-Must be organized and keep proper records
-Skilled in creative writing
– GPA equal to or greater than 2.5
