In this two day lamp-building workshop, participants will combine hand papermaking techniques with digital fabrication, blending rich craft traditions with new technologies. This workshop will cover the basics of western-style papermaking, followed by an introduction to 2D vector editing and file setup for laser cutting. Each participant will design and build a unique lamp from their handmade paper and digital designs. All materials will be provided. Class is limited to 8 participants so register now to reserve your spot! Beginners welcome!
