Digital Media Specialist with Randstad Technologies

Randstad Technologies, one of the largest technology services providers in North America, is seeking a Digital Media Specialist in West Palm Beach, FL. The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for establishing interactive media strategy and protocol, creating and managing rich media customer engagements, and managing associated vendor relationships. This individual is responsible keeping the company strategically positioned to deliver interactive customer experiences that support and enhance cross-client corporate initiatives.


  • Participates in the development of strategic business objectives to determine rich media strategy
  • Identifies and defines interactive media opportunities for each corporate client
  • Oversees vendor selection and implementation of rich media platforms
  • Develops ongoing management protocols for interactive media systems
  • Manages in-house Photography Studio production
  • Manages in-house Video Studio production
  • Develops and manages implementation of all related tools and emergent techniques
  • Conduct other duties as assigned
  • Responsible to take part in the decision-making process when new software is being considered with special consideration expected with any Scene7 application.
  • Perform scheduled and ad hoc site content reviews and suggest modifications.
  • Actively contribute to the culture of communication, collaboration and creativity.

Required Skills/Expertise:

  • At least 1 year of experience with Scene7, Photoshop, HTML and video editing programs
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands required.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with team members inside and outside the department with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and articulate
  • Be proactive and organized, act effectively under deadlines, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications or Marketing
