The City of Norfolk, Virginia seeks to commission an artist to create artwork for a historic water tower.
The Norfolk Water Tower is a unique unoccupied building in a unique location. The artwork will serve as an iconic beacon announcing entrance into Norfolk.
Eligibility: Open to all artists
Budget: up to $50,000
