COCA accepts proposals each year from individual artists and small groups for exhibitions at the downtown City Hall Art Gallery and the Artport Gallery at the Tallahassee International Airport.
The COCA Arts Advisory Committee, made up of volunteer jury ofartists and citizens, evaluates the proposals and recommends an exhibition season for the Art in Public Places program.
