There is currently a call for papers for the Spring 2014 edition of The Owl, due Nov 1st, 2013. You may upload your manuscript at any time prior to the deadline. Manuscripts are chosen based on scholarly merit, not submission date. In addition to this year’s publication, undergraduate student travel grants are being offered to those undergraduates that are presenting their research at a conference.

The Owl is an online peer-reviewed publication of research articles written by Florida State University undergraduates. The journal exhibits the intellectual pursuits of outstanding undergraduates, from all academic disciplines, who have sought answers to new questions within their respective disciplines through undergraduate research.
The Owl is a publication of the Student Council of Undergraduate Research and Creativity (SCURC), and is sponsored by the Office of Undergraduate Research and the Student Government Association.
This journal aims to educate and promote an inter-disciplinary exchange of ideas through the publication of the research conducted by outstanding undergraduates in the FSU community.
