Artist Needed to Design Logo for Own My Way Association

To create a official logo for my company. We and the work letters O.M.W.A going around a globe like the universal. But we want it to the next level with the your twist on it! We are willing to pay $10/hour for your work!

Need the letters OMWA or Own My Way Association in the colors are black and gold and would like doves incorporated into the logo.
