User Experience Designer – Designed content, processes, controls and visual components for Aderant software products; Delivers compelling experiences to Aderant software users; and is Proficient with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and has a firm understanding of software interaction design and the User-centered Design process
Software Engineer – Designs and develops applications for Aderant’s mission critical business software; Has a fundamental understanding of programming constructs and techniques
Quality Assurance Engineer – Provides quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle; Ensures Aderant software are built and function according to design specifications; Has a fundamental understanding of testing methodology and strong communication and team skills

For User Experience (UX) Designer:
