FSU Art Alumni Exhibit with Printed Matter + EXILE Books at NADA Miami

FSU Art Alumni (MFA ’17) Erik Pedersen’s independent publishing house, Drum Machine Editions, recently exhibited with Printed Matter + EXILE Books at the 19th edition of NADA Miami. The Fair took place from December 1-4, 2021 at Ice Palace Studios. Drum Machine Editions was one of 37 presses invited to participate in this first-ever presentation of artists’ book publishers at NADA.

Pedersen’s growing catalogue of limited edition artists’ books, prints, and cassettes was on view, including collaborations with FSU Print Lab Manager and Adjunct Professor Amy Fleming and fellow FSU Art alumni Kathleen Saunders (MFA ‘17), Lucia Riffel (MFA ‘18), and Nathan Hendrickson (MFA ‘18).

Drum Machine Editions is a collaborative publisher and contemporary printmaking studio in Asheville, NC, USA. Founded in 2018 by Erik Pedersen, DME’s mission is to publish experimental new work by artists, writers, & musicians.
