We are pleased to announce the expansion of Chuck it for Charity to include faculty and staff!
Chuck it for Charity is a program of the FSU Sustainable Campus Initiative and Housing & Residence Life to collect all the “stuff” that is usually thrown out during student move-out. The material is weighed, sorted, and redistributed to Tallahassee area community agencies in support of their work and the people they help. This year we would like to invite our community of faculty and staff to donate personal items gathered during any “spring cleaning” efforts on Saturday, April 23rd from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm at our collection warehouse (1238 Crate Street, off of Airport Drive & Eppes Drive).
