PSYEX in the FMoPA

FSU Art MFA ’15 Sarita René’s PSYEX 2 will be exhibited at the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts in Tampa, Florida. The judges selected the image as 3rd place winner in the Abstract Photography category in the International Photography Competition. The Exhibition Opening will be held on Friday, June 5th 2015 and it will run throughout the summer. The PSYEX series was created recently as the final series for the completion of Sarita René’s Master of Fine Art program. PSYEX 2 is one of 4 images that create a series. All aspect of the image exists on stage. No digital alterations or additions are performed outside of color correction.
Materials: Glass, acrylic paint, melted bottles, duck tape, aquarium plants, card board, dirt, trash bag, spray painted foam board backdrop, wood blocks, light gels, color filters, random additional items.
