Jordan Vinyard Exhibiting at PORTSPACE GALLERY

Published November 9, 2015

Gallery director and curator, Christina Poindexter, FSU Art MFA 2012, welcomes artist and FSU Art MFA 2012 Jordan Vinyard, and her multimedia show: FUZZY LOGIC
The exhibition consists of drawings, sculptures, and performance. Vinyard’s work discusses in satirical fashion the elements of human existence and the often-absurd ways we craft our reality.
PORTSPACE recently won the distinction of “Best New Gallery” by Creative Loafing Tampa.

Poindexter says, the gallery “serves as an exchange point between contemporary art practices and the public as well as providing a platform for emerging and established artists, craftsmen, and designers.”
Vinyard is currently an Assistant Professor of art at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and her works have been exhibited nationally and internationally.
The exhibition runs from October 17 to December 11, and will be open during the First Friday Arts Walks on November 6, 21 2 6-9pm and December 4 6-9pm.
