Friday Events at the Department of Art

Published April 20, 2016
Working Method Contemporary presents: “Who Told You That Wasn’t Art?” As art students, it’s easy to get lost in our studio practice. Sometimes the things we do just for fun are just as important to who we are and what we want to make. This exhibit showcases creative occurrences BFA and MFA students at FSU embark in outside of their normal studio practice.
Opening reception will be held Thursday, April 21st from 7:00pm – 9:00pm at Working Method Contemporary – 2214 Belle Vue Way. This reception is free and open to the public and will have snacks and refreshments!
“Courtyard Capstone” is being held at the MoFA this Friday from 6:30 to 8:30pm. This event includes works from our 3D Animation, Experimental Animation and Video Art courses, as well as other participating students from the Dance Department and the SIGGRAPH Student Club.

FSU’s Intermedia class presents ‘Authoring Authority’, a collection of works that explore the idea of authority and its active role in our lives.

Join us Friday, Aprill 22 at Carnaghi Arts Building from 7-9pm.

Exhibition presents works by Sierra Kramer, Drexston Redway, Jeremy Probst, Daniel Rodriguez and Christina Phillips. Here is the Facebook Event Page.
