February 6th, First Friday at 621 Gallery, 6-9pm, opens with two exhibitionsILLUMINATED TERRAIN a group exhibit with works that explore and interpret the idea of landscape by three FSU Art Alums: Craig Coleman, with an environment of projections;  Eric O’Dell, with paintings that call up memories of place both conscious and unconscious; Laura Mongiovi’s sculpture that combine real and imagined landscapes.

In the Nan Boynton Gallery is STATE, a suite of drawings by Atlanta-based artist Lourdes Perdomo. Her large-scale pencil, ink and gouache drawings deal with abuse of power, surveillance and coercion.
On exhibit Feb 6-28.

Feb 7, 14, 21, 28: 10:30-11:30am: KIDS CREATIVE MOVEMENT LAB ($10/class for ages 8-13, taught by FSU Dance Dept) Drop-ins welcome!

Feb 19, 7-9pm: TEMPLE OF YOG SUPER DEMO TOUR KICKOFF/ TEMPLE OF YOG SUPER DEMO TOUR is a 3800 mile, 7-stop event showcasing CHUDCHUD Industries’ upcoming roguelike adventure game TEMPLE OF YOG. Arcade cabinets of the title will be available for the public, as well as original artwork and prints from lead artist Lee Bretschneider and the Adventuring Company. The event also features music from the game’s original soundtrack by Dr Zilog. Throughout the event, master of ceremonies Buster Wolf will be orchestrating prizes and giveaways.This event is free and open to the public.

Feb 20, 10pm-midnight: Performance Night, featuring short (10 min or less) dance, theatrical and art performances

Feb 21, 2-5pm: ARTIGRAS maskmaking

Feb 26, 5-7pm: Art Happy Hour closing reception
Feb 26, 7:30-9:30pm: BLUES Night at the ANNEX
