Fall 2016 Artist Lecture Panel Changing Perspectives: Judy Chicago’s Birth Project

In the Fall the FSU Museum will be mounting a Judy Chicago exhibition titled Judy Chicago’s Birth Project:  Born Again.  In conjunction with the show there will be an interdisciplinary panel discussion titled Changing Perspectives – Judy Chicago’s Birth Project.
The panel will be held Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 7-9 pm in the FSU Museum of Fine Arts. The exhibition is from September 23 – November 13 2016.
Panelists include an artist (TBA), an art historian (TBA), a midwife (TBA), sociologist (Anne Barrett, Prof of Soc, FSU & Dir of Pepper Inst on Aging & Public Policy), sociologist (Miranda Waggoner, Asst Prof of Soc, FSU)
